Conditions of Entry
To join our FREE Electronic Travel Club and go into the draw to WIN $5,000 Cash. Please read the terms and conditions below prior to joining our Club.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over
- You will automatically be entered into the draw once you have joined our E Travel Club which is featured on the Home Page of the holidayplanet.com.au internet site. This means that you will receive regular Newsletters which will advise you of holiday specials before they are advertised.
- The competition commences on 31st March 2008. The competition closes at midnight on 31 August 2008. The prize winner will be drawn on 1st September 2008. The winner will be announced in the Holidayplanet Newsletter issue dated 9th September 2008 and in The Australian newspaper on 16th September 2008. On 2nd September 2008 the winner will be notified by email to the email address used to enter the competition. If by 5pm (western standard time) on 9th September 2008 the winner has not acknowledged by return email that they are able to accept the prize, they will forfeit the prize and will have no further claim. A second draw would then take place on 10th September 2008.
- The winner agrees to their photograph appearing on the holidayplanet web site.
- The Prize consists of $5,000 Cash. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize cannot be exchanged for alternative travel products. The Prize winner drawn will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Travel Insurance, which can be purchased from holidayplanet, will be the responsibility of the winner.
- Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, holidayplanet, cruiseplanet and related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred or suffered during the period of travel.
- Duplicate entries are automatically discarded by our system, so please enter only once
- This prize is not available to members of the Australian Travel Industry or their direct families
