The Guesthouse "La Papessa" located within the Montecchio Farm, and just 1km from the medieval village of San Donato. It consists of two stone farmhouses completely restored and divided into 11 self catering apartments with all the modern conveniences, yet maintaining the typical country style.
The apartments cater for 2-6 people with telephone/internet connection, Sat - TV, air conditioning/heating, kitchenette with dishwasher, safe and hairdryer. The complex hosts a barbeque area, swimming pool, laundry, winery olive pressing and Terracotta factory.

Friday Accommodation in Rome
Saturday Collect hire car and drive North to our villa in Tuscany staying 7 nights
Saturday-One week later we drive to Florence were we drop off our car

Sunday Accommodation in Florence.
Monday We travel by train from Florence - Venice (1st Class)
