The resort is spread out over 6 different wings. Swim in the lava rock waterways that meander towards a vast lagoon, snorkel at Kaanapalis Black Rock which has some of the best snorkelling in the state, or just relax while getting a massage at the Seaside Salon. And as the sun begins its slow dive into the ocean, watch the nightly torch lighting ceremony, hula dancers and famous cliff diver as he plunges into the depths of the ocean 80 feet below from the famous promontory, Black Rock. As of mid January 2007 Sheraton Maui has started a shuttle service into the nearby historic whaling town of Lahaina, where sights and shopping opportunities abound. Shuttle operates hourly between 09am-10pm.
